Second phase of Inno GeoCity launched

Inno GeoCity, part of the Inno Group, which is establishing a self contained township close to the electronic and automobile hub of the emerging Oragadam industrial belt, south west of Chennai, has now launched the second phase of the project. It has also announced the tie-up with The Indian Public School (Tips), an emerging CBSE school chain that will start functioning at the township from the forthcoming academic year.
Having sold out the twin and row houses launched in the first phase, it has now introduced 200 units of contemporary bungalow apartments and independent villas, consisting of two and three BHK bungalow apartments and four BHK villas. These format houses are aimed at enhancing an individual's living experience with its combination of garden and terrace spaces, a statement from the company said.
“Inno GeoCity is a benchmark of authentic suburban living experience, away from emissions, density and haphazard developments. With the launch of the second phase, it now offers the complete suburban experience with a mix of twin houses, row houses, independent villas and bungalow apartments,” said Kalyan Jayaprakash, director of Inno GeoCity.
According to him, the company will continue to focus on its 'G+1' model with the phase two of the township development as well, to provide uncluttered living space. The bungalow apartments will be built in four-in-one concept, with access to garden from the ground floor and private terrace from the first floor.
The two BHK and three BHK units will come in sizes ranging between 900 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft. And the prices range between Rs 2,750 and Rs 2,950 per sq ft. “Incidentally, almost all the common infrastructure and facilities that were announced at the launch of phase I, and which will form part of the township, will be available for phase II sector as well. These include a club house, swimming pool, tennis court, gym and amphitheatre,” said Jayaprakash. The bungalow apartments will be ready in 18 months from now, he added.
