Housing loans in the third quarter of the financial year 2019 witnessed a moderate growth of 14 per cent year-on-year and 3.5 per cent growth quarter-on-quarter, says a report by India Ratings and Research. According to the report, a total of six large housing finance companies disbursed an average of Rs 25,000 crore per month in the four quarters ended September 2018.
