Lucknow and Ghaziabad civic bodies have decided to list their municipal bonds on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) to raise around Rs 200 crore each. The two municipal authorities had received an A- credit rating in 2016-17.

The chairman of Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority’s (RERA’s) Gurugram Bench has ruled the real estate law applies to all projects, irrespective of the date of completion. This means, anyone with a grievance against a realtor can approach the authority to get relief.

Trial run of the Aqua Line between Noida Sector 83 to Greater Noida Metro Depot has been started and will continue for one month. The Aqua line will start functioning from December.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has launched a scheme for industrial land allotment around the proposed Jewar international airport. Applicants can apply online to buy plots over 4,000 square metre under this scheme. The authority is also in the process of setting up a ‘textile park’ near the upcoming airport.
