The bidding for the project will be completed in one stage and the tender will be finalised by the end of November.

The Pune Municipal Corporation, which plans to construct nearly 6,500 homes under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), on May 30 approved the construction of 1,199 units in Vadgaon Budruk. The civic authority will invite applications for these homes soon, which will be allotted on the draw-of-lots basis. Those applying for these homes will also be eligible for a government subsidy.

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA) has ordered Lucknow-based developer R Sons Infra Land to register four of its unregistered projects within three months or face a penalty of over Rs 40 crore. The move came after over 117 complaints were filed against the developer. These projects, in which the developer has invested over Rs 45 crore, are located in Lucknow and Barabanki.
