The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) has declared results for the lottery scheme to sell over 800 homes in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. These apartments are located across 27 localities in Pune, including Hadapsar, Pimpale Saudagar, Wakad, Tathawade, Pashan, Dhanori, Chikhali-Moshi, Chikhali, among others.
How to check winners
Applicants can visit this link to check if they have won the lottery https://lottery.mhada.gov.in/results/publishdata/PB18/draw/PB18.html. The result has been listed according to the scheme code. Check the acknowledgement slip to know your scheme code.
Eligibility: An applicant must have an average monthly family income of up to Rs 25,000 for the EWS category, and Rs 25,001-Rs 50,001 for the LIG category.
Size & price: The apartments are sized between 37.62 sqm and 67.36 sqm. The base cost of these apartments starts at Rs 10.92 lakh, going up to Rs 19.56 lakh.
Documents required: Winners of the draw will have to pay 10 per cent of the total amount of the base cost apart from all the documents to the authorities by January 5 till 11:59 pm. Those on the waiting list can also upload their eligibility documents by the same date. These documents include:
- PAN card
- Aadhaar card
- Cancelled check or passbook
- Passport size photo (up to 50KB)
- Mobile number (used for WhatsApp)
- Email ID
In another development, the Mhada will soon announce another lottery selling 3,700 houses (1BHK, 2BHK and row houses). These units will be located in Pune's Solapur, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Kolhapur and Sangli. This scheme is expected to be announced in January next year.
