Project Of The Week: Cascade Greens, Hyderabad

Hyderabad, India's fourth most-populous city, has seen a growing number of working professionals landing in the city in the past few years. A key reason behind this is that more than 1,300 information technology (IT) and IT-enabled Services (ITeS) companies, including Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) , have set up their offices here. To serve the growing population in the city, the Krupa Group, a real estate developer with an experience of nearly four decades, has introduced its latest project, Cascade Greens. The project is located in Kompally, Hyderabad. The construction has received a Gold-level green certification under the Indian Green Building Council 's (IGBC) green home rating system.

Launched in August, 2011, the project will be available for possession in December, 2020.

The Outer Ring road is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. Thus, the demand for the real estate projects here is already on a rise, and will continue to grow.

Price Comparison

In the lower range, apartments in Cascade Greens are priced at around Rs 2,400 per sq ft. Apartments in other projects such as Rajashri Infra Platino, NCL Homes Sindhu and Kasani Residency are priced between Rs 2,500-3,000 per sq ft.
