Marg launches Four Seasons at Swarnabhoomi

Marg, an infrastructure and property development company, has announced yet another residential project, Four Seasons, in its upcoming Marg Swarnabhoomi, an integrated township, on the scenic East Coast Road (ECR) where residents and industry will co-exist. Four Seasons offers 4,320 affordable homes (introductory price is Rs 17.82 lakh for a two BHK apartment) .that include 3,296 units of two BHK and 1,024 units of three BHK. Four Seasons, with 26 floors, would be the tallest residential complex on ECR. The units are spread across 172 acres of land earmarked as social infrastructure to support the companies, institutes and establishments in the adjoining engineering and multi-services SEZ, the company said in a statement. “The USP of the project is that it would place state-of-the-art facilities within the reach of the middle class,” said GRK Reddy, CMD, Marg. “Four Se­asons provides unmatched value to the customers in the most cost effective manner,” adds Ganesh Ram, business head of Marg Swarnabhoomi. While the two BHK apartments come in the range between 1,004 sq ft to 1,062 sq ft, the three BHK apartments are in sizes ranging between 1,300 sq ft. and 1,362 sq ft. Surrounded by the sprawling backwaters of Cheyyur, the high-rise apartments offer a panoramic view of the surroundings. The club house at Four Seasons offers several facilities including yoga centre, swimming pool, community hall, crèche, restaurant, indoor play area, game room, library and fitness centre. The outdoor amenities include 1.6 acres of community park, children's play area, among others.
