Marathahalli, a suburb of India's IT capital Bengaluru, has gained traction among home buyers. Along with this, Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) offers bus services that strengthen commuting.  The nearest railway stations are located in Whitefield and Carmelaram while the old airport and the new international airport, located near Devanahalli, is 45 kilometres away from the locality. A 21.31-kilometre line will connect Hosakerehalli to ORR at Marathahalli. This strong transport and connectivity services are driving force behind coming of new properties in Marathahalli.

Hotspot for IT Companies

Demand for affordable flats in Marathahalli is on a rise, mainly because of the settling of new IT/ITES companies in and around the locality. Some of the companies that have offices nearby include IBM Global Service, Intel Technology India Pvt Ltd, Samsung India Software Operations Pvt Ltd and Microsoft India R & D Pvt Ltd Support Centre.
